Six layers, one system

• Interface layer — the ARCANE 999 super app, the single doorway to every service.
• Intelligence layer — AUREX 999, the AI core for support, fraud detection, forecasting, and recommendations.
• Financial layer — Mandala Bank and the ARCANE Coin service-credit economy.
• Infrastructure layer — the WiFi Tree public connectivity network, mesh relays, and a satellite bridge for remote zones.
• Human layer — an optional wearable ecosystem (ring, band, headband) for health and focus signals, governed by user-owned data consent.
• Governance layer — Mandala 999 policy: data ownership, ethics review, and transparent audit trails.

Operations before ambition

The blueprint reads like an operations manual as much as a vision paper: uptime targets above 99.5%, monthly inspection cycles for connectivity nodes, quarterly software updates, defined escalation protocols, and a phased deployment plan that begins with pilot locations before any talk of national rollout.

That sequencing matters. Phase one is a working pilot — the core app, the first WiFi Trees, wallet and marketplace basics. Every later phase must be earned by the performance of the one before it.
